TERMS AND CONDITIONS: TDZ LTD (TI ZILL DIGITAL)

By receiving your digital key or in-game items from TDZ LTD (operating as TI ZILL DIGITAL), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. PUBG UC and In-Game Items:

•     It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the PUBG ID provided during the purchase process. TDZ LTD will not be held liable for any errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
  
•     Delivery of UC or in-game items will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following successful payment. Delays may occur due to technical issues or server maintenance, which are outside of our control.
  
•    TDZ LTD is not affiliated with PUBG Corporation or its subsidiaries. All in-game items and UC are purchased and delivered through authorized channels.
  
•  Any issues with the delivery of the UC or in game items must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
  

2. Digital Keys:

•      All digital key sales are final and non-refundable.
  
•      Exchanges for different regions or game versions are not permitted. Please verify the compatibility of the key with your account and region before purchasing.
  
•      TDZ LTD is not responsible for any issues related to game activation or compatibility that arise from the customer's hardware or software.
  
•      Any key that is found to be invalid must be reported within 24 hours of purchase, with evidence provided.
  

3. Promotional Communications:

•      By making a purchase, you consent to receive promotional messages, including but not limited to sales announcements, special offers, and updates, via  WhatsApp.
  
•      You may opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting our customer support.
  
•     TDZ LTD will not share your contact information with third parties without your explicit consent.
  

4. Account Security:

• It is your responsibility to keep your TDZ LTD account credentials secure. TDZ LTD will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
  
• Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to TDZ LTD immediately.
  

5. Periodic Sales and Promotional Campaigns:

•      All sales and promotional campaigns conducted by TDZ LTD are subject to these terms and conditions.
  
•      TDZ LTD reserves the right to modify or terminate any sale or promotional campaign at any time without prior notice.
  

       Independence Sale (March 12th):

•          This sale is valid only on March 12th.
  
•          The 5% discount applies to your first purchase only.
  
•          The discount is limited to purchases of 1000Rs or more.
  
•          This sale can not be combined with any other sales or promotional offers.
  
•     TDZ LTD has the right to refuse service to anyone.
  

6. Limitation of Liability:

•     TDZ LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  
•     Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the purchased product or service.
  

7. Governing Law:

•     These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius.
  

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

•     TDZ LTD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated to customers via email or WhatsApp.
