TI ZILL DIGITAL Referral Program - Terms and Conditions


1. Eligibility:

  •     The TI ZILL DIGITAL Referral Program ("Program") is open to all registered customers of TI ZILL DIGITAL ("Company").
  •    To participate, customers must have an active account with TI ZILL DIGITAL.


2. Referral Process:

  •     To qualify for the referral discount, the referred friend must make their first purchase at TI ZILL DIGITAL.
  •     During the checkout process, the referred friend must provide the full name of the referring customer.
  •      The referring customer's name must match an existing account in our system.


3. Discount Application:

  •      Both the referring customer and the referred friend will receive a one-time 5% discount on their next order.
  •      The 5% discount is applicable to the total purchase amount.
  •     The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  •      The discount is valid for a single use only.


4. Verification and Approval:

  •      TI ZILL DIGITAL reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals.
  •      The Company's decision regarding the eligibility of a referral is final.


5. Refusal of Discount:

  •     TI ZILL DIGITAL reserves the right to refuse the application of the 5% discount if it is suspected that the referral program is being abused.
  •     Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

  1.         Creating multiple accounts to generate referral discounts.
  2.         Providing false or misleading information.
  3.         Engaging in any activity that violates these terms and conditions.
  4.         Any activity that is deemed by TI ZILL DIGITAL as bussing.


6. Program Changes and Termination:

  •     TI ZILL DIGITAL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  •     The Company may change the discount percentage or other program details at its discretion.


7. Limitation of Liability:

  •  TI ZILL DIGITAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising     from participation in the Program.


8. Governing Law:

  •   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius.
