TI ZILL DIGITAL Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Program Participation:

• The TI ZILL DIGITAL Loyalty Program ("Program") is offered to registered customers of TI ZILL DIGITAL ("Company").

• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

2. Earning Points:

• Customers will earn 1 loyalty point for every 200 MUR (Mauritian Rupees) spent on eligible purchases at TI ZILL DIGITAL.

• Points are awarded on the final transaction amount after any applicable discounts or promotions.

• The Company reserves the right to exclude certain products or services from point accumulation.

• Points will be credited to the customer's account upon successful completion of the purchase.

3. Point Redemption:

• Each loyalty point is equivalent to 1 MUR, which can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at TI ZILL DIGITAL.

• Points can be redeemed at any time and with any purchase, subject to the customer's available point balance.

• There is no minimum or maximum number of points required for redemption.

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

• When redeeming points, the equivalent MUR amount will be deducted from the total purchase price.

4. Point Validity:

• Loyalty points have no expiration date and will remain valid until the Program is terminated or the customer's account is closed.

5. Account Management:

• Customers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.

• The Company is not responsible for any loss or misuse of points due to unauthorized access to a customer's account.

• Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.

6. Program Changes and Termination:

• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

• In the event of Program termination, the Company may provide a reasonable period for customers to redeem their accumulated points.

• The Company reserves the right to adjust the point earning or redemption rates at any time.

7. Fraud and Abuse:

• The Company reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the Program for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the forfeiture of accumulated points and potential account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

• The Company's liability is limited to the value of the accumulated points in the customer's account.

9. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius.
